A world-class science event
The Frontiers Forum runs as a series of hybrid and virtual events, where Nobel laureates and other renowned scientists advance science-led solutions for humanity’s greatest challenges – from reversing climate change and preserving biodiversity to improving health and well-being.
Each event attracts top researchers, policymakers, and innovators from around the world.
By connecting global communities across science, policy, and civil society, the Forum maximizes the reach of transformational science and sparks powerful new collaborations for enabling healthy lives on a healthy planet.

Running since 2015
The Frontiers Forum is organized by leading open access publisher and open science platform Frontiers. Forum events extend our mission to accelerate scientific discovery by making science open. Traditionally hosted in Switzerland as an in-person event, from 2021 the Forum opened its virtual doors to include webinars and hybrid events. The next Frontiers Forum Live event will be held in 2025.
